This policy explains how Diana Urrego (BRN 75029), a real estate broker working in association with BARNES Dubai (“we”, “us”), collects and uses your personal data when you visit dipaluxury.properties or send an inquiry through our forms, including forms on Facebook and Instagram.

• Data you give us: your name, phone number (including WhatsApp), email address and your answers in the inquiry form (what you are looking for in Dubai, your investment range and when you would like to arrange a viewing).
• Data collected automatically when you visit the website: pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location, and how you reached the site (for example, the ad you clicked). We collect it with cookies and similar technologies from Meta (Meta Pixel), Google (Google Tag Manager) and Microsoft (Clarity).

3. Why we use your data

• To reply to your inquiry and contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about the property and your private viewing.
• To recommend properties that match what you told us.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our website.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries and improving our services. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We only share it with:

• BARNES Dubai, when needed to arrange a viewing or complete a transaction.
• Service providers that help us run our website, forms, advertising and communications (such as Meta, Google, Microsoft and our form and email tools). They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes.
• Government authorities and regulators in the UAE, including the Dubai Land Department, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers may store data outside the UAE. When that happens, we rely on their contractual safeguards to protect your data, as permitted by UAE law.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your contact details and inquiry for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them earlier or the law requires us to keep them longer (for example, records linked to a property transaction).

6. How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Access is limited to the people who need it to handle your inquiry.

7. Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, receive a copy of it, or withdraw your consent. 8. Cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the website may not work as expected, and we will not be able to measure your visit.

9. Minors

This website and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
